Also, how exactly do I update moves or is this up to someone else? I'm not sure what moves each pokemon currently has.

Surgiac : The Viz always goes to me. When Andae gets the viz, it still goes to me. This will probably be the last post for the day. So, the next update post may come tomorrow. This means that just one Update for today needs to be merfed, but you cant really merge one post with itself. So if I dont do another update in say.... 2 hours, todays update will roll over to tomorrow merge.

Unless you were meaning their actual move list from the game. If that's it, then I understand.

So since my capture on Rattata failed do I get another attempt at catch it or has it fled? If i get another chance I will attack Rattata with Torchic's tackle and throw another pokeball.

Alright, a Sandshrew! I have Pumpkaboo use Astonish on it, then I throw a PokeBall at it. Also, what levels are my two pokemon? And do I have to buy an item to evolve Eevee into one of the Johto duo, or do I say that I am training at day or night?

I was fighting with staryu more than charmander, so how exactly does charmander have a higher level than staryu?


I guess everyone who said that they have advanced to the next area were making stuff up. It seems that davien is the only one who is actually allowed to advance to the next area. I guess people dont seem to care about the rules and are doing their own thing.

DisneyGamer : No, that's not what zanderlex meant. He has yet to update the moves, but will do so in time. For now, just look at Bulbapedia/Serebii to see what moves a level 3 Sandshrew has.
Those numbers are the stats of your new Pokemon.
Piercevin : I'm afraid you only get one capture attempt. :c If you attack in one post without throwing the Pokeball, or the capture fails, then the Pokemon runs away.
Barathemos : Just post with your Pokemon attacking someone else's Pokemon(you cannot encounter wild Pokemon or an NPC by yourself), or have them explore so that hopefully you can find something! You can do two actions in one post, except exploring and attacking in one post. If you do that, only the attack will be counted.
Also, you may only post once per hour IF zanderlex is not actively updating. If he is, you may post again after his update.

Davien : Your Spearow has fled. You are only able to attack and attempt capture right after it appears. If capture has failed or if you do not throw a Pokeball in the first post, it flees.

SkarmoryFeather : Zanderlex said that to evolve into Espeon/Umbreon, they have to be at level 20 at either day/night, depending on which evolution you want.(Umbreon can be achieved from 11PM and 1AM server time.)
bobq : Your Charmander is most likely higher than your Staryu because we did not implement the 'determining which Pokemon attacked' factor until earlier... and I still don't know if Zanderlex is using it, I'm just marking it. xP However, it's probably because your STARTER has to level up to get to the next gym city. And also, advancing to the next area does not require leveling up, only going to the next GYM CITY does. They weren't breaking any rules~

Chimchar tries to highfive the Sandshrew.
The new Sandshrew is shocked by this action and curls up into a ball, shy and a little afraid of them.
So, Rain just takes them to a Pokemon Center, and then afterwards, we go outside and explore some more in Route 1, because, why not? Maybe the Sandshrew will get used to being on our team~

(Well that's pretty lame how you can't use a second action on a wild pokemon. I guess I'll just explore for wild pokemon again.)
