Sorry, I was going to get this competition started yesterday, but some personal life stuff got in the way.

Down below I have screenshots from 10 different games that can be found in the Retro games room (there is at least 1 game from each system and the shots are different sizes because I'm difficult).
In this competition you have to get the names of all 10 games and then PM me before 26/10/09 (or 10/26/09 in american date format) as this date is when I close this competition.
I will give the prizes out to whoever PMs me with the correct names 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

If I have not recieved enough PM's with the correct games to cover the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places after 2 weeks then I will put up which systems I got the game screenshots from.

As I am the only one running this comp the other mods and Dave can join in as well.
Also feel free to use this thread to discuss the competition, but remember if you give out the names of the games then you are less likely to win one of the prizes.

The prizes are as follows:
1st: 3000 Viz
2nd: 2000 Viz
3rd: 1000 Viz

Some rules:
1. I am fussy over spelling so if there is a spelling error with some of the names you send I will consider it wrong. (Copy and paste from the Retro Games Room if you need to)
2. Dont ask me for clues, as the only clue I will give will be after the competition has been running for 2 weeks and if all three places have not been filled yet.
3. Members who want to enter this competition and PM me must have at least 10 posts.

#1 is ghostbusers, took me a minute to get that one. The only one I knew right away was #9- MegaMan Xtreme.

Wow, I didn't know number 7 was made into a hacked rom. I have that game for Sega Saturn. One of my favorites.

May I remind you that I'm not giving out clues, this competition is meant to be difficult otherwise it wont last 1 week.
Guess' made in this thread don't count. I'll only accept PM's and even then if you ask me if you're right I'm not going to tell you unless you have all 10 games correct.

Wow this looks cool Sole, I think I remember seeing an old one like this somewhere.
I'm with Saroth though, I can only get 1 and 9.
But I don't know exactly which ones they are
I also feel like I know 5, but I just can't get the name.

I want to say 3 is Ceasar's Palace... Though i'm not 100% sure.

I haven't gotten any PM's with attempts at guessing so next week I might post up the first letter of the names of the games.

UPDATE: The new closing date for this competition is in two weeks 13-10-09 (or 10/13/09). I will close this competition on that date if we have any winners or not.

So all the hints should narrow down your search by now. The screen shots are necessarily the same as the ones in the RGR but look for similarities. And if you're really stuck you can also look at screenshots on gamefaqs.

Well this is closed, sorry its late. The only person who did bother sending me a pm with all the answers was DH. So he gets first place.

Also because i'm so nice I'll give 2nd place to Cyro because he made an attempt at guessing with some PM's.

Didowe: The competition wasn't hard, you were given enough clues at the end to find out what the games were and all the screens were taken from gamefaqs, so you could have checked there to confirm your suspicions.
