I need some viz, so I'm selling sims content.
A sample of my Sims 3 work is available upon request. I can do houses, sims, Patterns(3), reclours, CASs(2), Pets(2), and community lots. Please be patient, because I do build-to-order. You can view screenshots before you pay.
Pricing is as follows-

Housing/Community Lots: 1 Viz per interior tile, or 60 Viz (which ever is greater) at a max of 500 Viz.

Sims/Pets: 25 Viz per sim, and 15 Viz per pet.

Recolours/Patterns: 20 Viz per recolour, and 10 Viz per pattern.

-notes-
I can not do custom meshing for clothing or objects.

Large orders (5+ sims/pets or 10+ other items) get a 10% discount.

I have all sims 2 expansions, and will gladly do a custom EP setup for your content.
