I'm not quite sure what you mean... the BBcode you used isn't showing up for me. ;

If you're trying to format text on your site I'd definitely recommend using CSS rather than HTML attributes. (It's usually a better idea than using the font tag, and ultimately easier.)

Do you mean you want to make it so you can enter BBcode into a form or something and have it output HTML to the browser? I'm pretty sure that kind of thing is not possible with just plain HTML. You need some kind of server-side script (PHP for example) that will process your BBcode tags and replace them with HTML.

I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for, but this site has a few short tutorials on possible ways to implement BBcode on your site:
