Okay, I've been playing through Zero 2 again using a guide to help me get every Cyber-Elf in the game. In the level when you fight Phoenix Magnion, I cannot find a Cyber-Elf that requires me to kill a certain number of a certain enemy, even though I have done so. I really want to unlock the Ultimate Form, so please help me if you can.
