This is very hard question to answer, there are so many good scenes in the series... I just say the scene where Snake and Ocelet meets first time, when Snake rescued Sokolov. The way how he defeated the whole Ocelet and his unit was so cool.

Any cut-scene wit Ocelot, any cut-scene/codec conversation that describes The End(a.k.a Old Man or Ridiculously Old Guy), any cut-scene with Drebin's monkey, the cut-scenes where The Boss & Ocelot interact like mother & son even though they don't know they're related, any cut-scene with any Johnny.... It's hard to really choose, but I go for the more off-the-wall funny cut-scenes.

I found the final battle against Big Boss in MGS3 to be quite beautiful. I'm sure that many feel the same. It's such an emotional final fight, an amazing climax to an amazing game.
