How can I get a Pokemon, Mario, etc. character next to my Custom Title?

On boards when I see someone's post, I notice they have a Pokemon (example : Muk) or Mario character (example : Goomba) above their custom title. I would like to know if this is only a Trusted Member or higher thing, or is it for Members and higher? I would also like to know how to get this above my custom title!

If you want a Mario enemy above your post instead, just go to 'Edit Profile' and there'll be an option to change it right below 'Custom Title'. If you want to check out what ranks you can get, go to Control Panel and click Ranks.
