What would it be like if I was a bird
Soaring high pup above the sky
I know the thought is quite absurd
But hey, I want to fly

What would it be like if I was a dog
Obedient and observant, but still as a log
My lack of color and heightened senses
Could hear and smell in town to many sections

What would it be like if I wasn't hungry
Should of ate lunch but instead done laundry
Maybe eat a sandwich a two
But I had no bread or turkey too

What would it be like if I stop being simple
Poetically I mean
Try more advanced techniques
Probably a sonnet or two
Maybe next week
I'll do a few
For now, this is adieu
I'll be more indirect, who knows, I know
