I am not really sure where this should be placed under, but if the local mods or whoever rearranges threads can move this wherever it is necessary.

I am making this thread for a new experiment or a new type of thread. I am going to be making a post in this thread after every play session with the game, and give you my reactions on what I just played, how far I have gotten, and my thoughts on the game so far. I guess you could call it diaries, or logs or whatever. I thought this would be a cool idea, so lets find out. Feel free to reply to this thread with questions but I ask you for one thing only, don't ruin the game for me. Like for instance, "Darth Vader is Luke's father." Don't do spoil the game for me, or anyone else who hasn't played it.

Hope this works out well, I will be playing the game for a bit tonight, then I will make a post tomorrow!

You can keep a diary but I don't think there is any interaction between us and you while you describe what you do and think.  It's a great idea but we can't lean in and give our opinions, thoughts, feelings, etc as well.

We'll see if this works or not.  I like the initiative.

Well, quite an experience that was. That game is quite hard at them moment, but since this is the first time I
have ever played one of these kind of constantly changing perspective games, I forgive myself a little bit. From
the little I have progressed in the game so far, it is pretty damn good. The controls feel really fluent, and
aiming at people is very easy. I feel like I am mastering which way to hold the control stick when the
perspective changes. I am really starting to like this game. The scariest thing that happened so far, is when you
go into the first building where the guy hold you at gunpoint and mistakes you for a zombie. Then I walk around
that building until I see some ammo. After I picked up the ammo, I head out the back door of the building, and
all I hear is BAM! The zombies break through the glass and proceed to eat the guy's dead corpse. So, any person's
reaction is to get the hell out of there and take cover. So that's is what I did. The furthest I've gotten is the
courtyard after the bus with the two "walkers". Well, that about wraps it up for this diary. See you next time
whenever I play it again!

Are you playing as Leon or Claire? I did finish the game playing Leon here on Vizzed, took some screenshots and added them here.

But this is pretty good thread, making diary of your game. Might do same thing too some day.

If you kill the zombies that killed the gun shop owner, you can take the shotgun he had. Pretty useful when you encounter your first non human-zombie monster. Won't spoil what it is.

I have to say, this is a pretty cool idea. Who knows, maybe I'll rip off the idea someday. Looking forward to seeing how it all ends up.

Ok, again, same as last time, the game is a masterpiece. But there is one problem, I have no idea what to do now. I got this key from and interrogation room I am guessing, and it says that it probably goes to a desk. So, I have tried every single desk in the entire games limits because I cannot open any of the other doors because I can't find the keys. I have 2 virgin hearts, and I am unsure of what to do with those as well. I read over the police memorandums and it says that there is a key in the western office. Oh well, I will figure it out eventually. By the way, that licker, piece of cake to defeat. Just a couple shotgun rounds to the head and it dies. The one thing that scared me is when I went to the western corridor and I went all the way through. All I was worrying about was to get to the next area, and then BAM! Zombie hands reach in from the windows! I nearly jumped out of my seat, I did not expect that at all! This game had a very good environment with great gameplay to compliment it. I will definitely be reviewing this one when I finish it. So, I guess I will get back to this thread when I figure out this frigin puzzle! It is probably something so obvious that I wouldn't even think of. 

Might want to store those two Virgin Hearts jewels. It will be a while before you use those.

Before I say anything, please go and check out my help thread in the rgr sub forum because I need help on an error in the emulator. Anyways, where do I begin. Today, and all day yesterday, I have been playing this game. And let me tell you something, this game is the bomb diggedy. I don't even know where to start! I have gotten so far since my last post, so I am just going to give you guys everything in the kitchen sink. And yes, referencing my previous thread, yes it was the most obvious thing ever. All I had to do was put the medallion in the statue in lobby of the police station. Skip ahead a little bit here. After I collected all the chess piece plugs, I encounter the first mini boss I guess you could say. At first, I was really confused on what to do. I was using up all my shotgun shells first, and I continuously kept dying. So, I switched it up and used my 3 round burst pistol first, then I finished it off with my shotgun. All you really had to do was shoot his eye. Another scary thing that happened to me. I was just walking through a corridor, and I saw Ada opposite me, shooting the sewage. At first, I was like, "Why is she wasting her ammo?" But then, BAM! A huge crocodile comes jumping out of the water, and I just bolted. I then ran all the way back to the cylinder, and made it fall so the croc would eat it up. So, it finally came crawling along, and just picked it up, but it didn't eat it. I was just expecting it to eat it then explode. But then the most badass thing happened. I shot it, in its mouth, and the head exploded. I just stood up and clapped and then proceeded on with the game. Then, on the lift thingy just before the Umbrella secret base, that "thing" on top of the bulldozer I am guessing, was very hard to beat at first, but I eventually killed that thing with a little strategy. Just shoot it from a distance, and it will go down eventually. I thought that was the final boss too! I am glad though because I want this game to go on longer! Ah, so many things to talk about, but I will get to them. Probably in my review of this game! Tune in next time when I fix my emulator so I can continue!
