Sonic the hedgehog 2 is a youtube magnet. Sonic takes a vacation to a new island where a 2 tailed flying fox Named Miles "Tails" Prower lives. Sonic crash lands onto the island and tails finds Sonic and follows him. Soon Sonic makes friends with Tails.Dr. Ivo Robotnik(Eggman) finds Sonic and found out that there's now 7 emeralds. Eggman soon finds in order to power his new Death egg( a rip off of Death star). And Sonic and Tails set out to stop him.
