I only really listen to music as a way to relax me, and for this I usually listen to movie and video game music because it really helps me. Sometimes it really helps me if I am listening to music while I am walking because sometimes it gives me a chance to think about what is going on and it almost always calms me down and helps me out a lot.

For me, I have always found taking a nice nap or listening to calm music is very relaxing, I find drawing, playing video games and just laying in bed with the window open to also be relaxing. I enjoy quiet and take advantage of the opportunity to read a book, draw or just take a nap or anything, I can't stand noisy environments because I can't focus and it tends to stress me out, and yet I am surrounded by them all the time it seems :/ nevertheless those are some activities I find to be very relaxing to me.
