I have seen almost no activity this month, and I want to spark up some.
This is going to be my own little spin off of the VCS- Posting Competition. BPC stands for Barathemos Posting Championship. This will be a competition that is focused on (mostly) posting, but also posting in forums. This was a suggestion that I have seen, and I am going to use it. It will be a competition of posts in forums. It will be a little hard to explain, but I will try.
You will post in as many forums as you want toward your posts for the day giving you a few points. Each day there will be 4 forums in which you will post in to get bonus points. For those 4 forums, there will be 2 sections. 
1: Most posts in the forum by a user (5 points)
2: Most threads made by a user (5 points)
Those will change daily. 
You will get a maximum of 15 points a day in 3 sections. 
1: Most posts in the forum by a user (5 points)
2: Most threads made by a user (5 points)
3: Most posts in that day (5 points)
IF ANY POSTS ARE SPAM, YOU WILL BE DQ'D
3 dq's during the month period will result in a Dq for the whole month.
Viz Prizes:
1st: 15,000 Viz +
2nd: 10,000 Viz +
3rd: 7,500 Viz +
(Viz prizes will change throughout month, but will not go down below starting points)
I need people to help me monitor all of the posting. (I have school!)

This is a really great idea! I hope this idea will be approved by Davideo7 if it hasn't been already. I will likely be posting a lot this month, but I won't be competing in this competition so if I get in the top 10, it is unintentional. Good luck to everyone competing today!

Since you offered, I might as well ask several questions...

1. Just like the TdV, is this going to include everyone that posts? Or only those who claim to participate?

2. How are you going to determine who gets the points or not? The TdV and Posting VCS has an automatic system that already does that, so I'm going to assume you're going to do this manually?

3. Everyone's definition of spam is very subjective. What's considered spam in this competition?

4. I kind of don't understand the two sections. If one user scores higher in one section and another in the other section, who gets first place for the day?

I don't know.... the competitions that are already there, you can notice when they are on when you see all these spammy posts in the forums. If there is actually nothing to be said, spamming the forums is not going to help to actually vitalize the site.

Skip my skepticism and actually start a thread that dosent start with "what is your favourite..." and think of an interesting question that forum users might think about and come back to and discuss for months to come instead.

Manually, I doubt you'll be able to do that for the whole month... unless there's an automatic system for it like Mistress had said. We also have two major posting competitions (Tdv and VCS) already, I think adding one more would just lessen people's interests instead of sparking it.

Though I don't really feel like competing, maybe I'll donate towards the Viz prices depending on how many users compete. If I were to donate, it would be near the end, of course, because what if there were only 5 or 6 people that were actually enthusiastic about it? But if I were sure that this was huge and there were a whole bunch of competitors, I would probably donate.

I have 115,000 and nothing to do with it. There's no point of the items (like the Emperor Veneeval armor) if David is never going to make the battle system (which he won't), and I don't play any of the RGR except for netplay (I already have the netplay item)... So there's nothing to do with all this.

There's like literally no way one can count all the posts of all members manually, and definitely not for a whole month. As stated earlier, you'd need a system for that. I also really doubt David will have ANOTHER posting competition.

And to go back to Mistress' question, if for example, you and I have the same amount of points in a day. Who will be first and who will be second that day?
