Well, I originally preferred Skyward Sword, as it was my first Zelda game, but I've sort of come to enjoy Wind Waker more. I guess I enjoy the gameplay more.

I myself can't really say, having played neither of the games. Sorry, but polls like these aren't allowed. You can't have "a"vs"b" without any real reason or connection (same series doesn't count) so I'm going to have to close this.
