i need to know bcuz i deleted some stuff so i could get enough memory to use system restore just to find out theres no restore points on my computer at all and this happend last night so f there somethigni can download that can recover that stuff can someone tell me please ans thank you

I'm pretty sure you can recover deleted info on a PC not sure how. If your on a mac and use "Empty Trash" then it can be recoverable but if you use "Secure Empty Trash" it will not be recoverable.

Yes there is. you can get a program to "undelete" what was deleted with different degrees of success.
But you need to make sure you dont move files around or save new files to the hard drive that you want to restore otherwise it wont work.
