It is giving me a lot of trouble.. basically I started spacing out my paragraphs so it is easier for people to read. I press enter and that lets me skip down to the next line but it's so not letting me and it is taking me several enters to even get it to space down. Do you think it's just my keyboard on my laptop acting up or is it something with vizzed?

Could you be more specific on what is happening? Like say, you press enter but it won't let you skip a line? From what I'm hearing, it kind of sounds like a keyboard problem, but it may be something different entirely. So let me ask you a few questions;

Does this happen with other programs such as MS word? Where your enter button won't let you skip a line.

Are you using the new or old post editor?


In any case, I do have a solution for this;

If you are using the old post editor, you can put the <br/> code twice after the sentence you wish to skip a line for. Here's an example of what I mean. If you put in this on the old post editor;

Sentence 1<br/><br/>Sentence 2

It will come out like this once you hit 'Submit reply'

Sentence 1

Sentence 2

However, this method will not work with the new post editor.

Bintsy : I am pretty sure it's your computer or your keyboard. Try to take the key out and put it back in the keyboard. Or maybe you should see a computer specialist or something. This works just fine with me and I usually space out my reviews and stuff.

Have you tried rebooting your computer or trying another broswer. Also what windows system are you using. The reason I ask is some window's system have a habit of locking up and that includes entering. One thing you might want to try is seeing if anything is under the return key. Sometimes if particles are under that, the key can't do its job. Getting stuff under keys happened to me one time, cleaned my keyboard and has worked fine since.
