So, do you remember when you got your very own first laptop/notebook?

Ha ha. Yes I did. When I was around 15 years old, my father gave me his old laptop. (He has his new featured laptop) It was in well working state but it has scratches (body & screen) and some blurry keyboard characters. However, I love it so much.

Your Short Story (Awesome memory) with that first laptop/notebook?

Of course collecting games is my expertise. Other than that, I keep the story of my daily life in it as a visual diary. Playing games... Chatting with friends and many much more.

Is it still working now?

Not well enough. (Its battery has problem- Sudden time of Blackout) I have this current new awesome laptop now. That's all.

A few years ago I brought a netbook for little over £150. I had been saving up money for a very long time and and had little idea what to spend it on. I was just browsing amazon and I came across that cheap Netbook.
It was fairly decent at the time, almost 4 years ago but in the past two years it has been a pain to use. 
It was only 1GB RAM so it ran at embarrassing speeds. There were only a few games I could play and I even struggled to play N64 games on vizzed!
It still works now since it only got replaced by my PC at christmas though in the past I have had to re build it twice due to Trojan Horses and I have had to replace the screen 3 times!

A: Yes it is working. And the fun fact is that I still use it after years. It's pretty slow though and sometimes it crashes.

I was only 12 years old when I got my first laptop as a gift from my parents. It still works but it's a slower older machine now. I used to game for hours at a time on that laptop. This laptop is much better but I still love using my old one.

I would have to say about a year ago I got my first laptop back when I had a job and got my taxes for that year. I never really got one when I was younger because I didn't have the money but I am still using my laptop to this day it has a crack in it because somebody broke it but it still works great and I have to use a second screen though..

Meh. I had two small Notebooks provided by my school that I returned at the end of the years. That was in grades four and five. And they were so slow and laggy. Now, I have a wonderful black Fujitsu Life-book that works like a charm! I got that two Christmases ago.

I think I was 10 when I got my first laptop. My grandma gave it to me since she did not need it anymore. It stopped working a while ago and I got a new one. Even though I got it when I was 10 we did not get it to work until like I was almost 11.

I got my own laptop when I was 21. It was my second year of college. My old desktop was just not wanting to load my homework assignments. For Christmas my parents got me my own laptop. It was great, because I could do homework assignments on it with no trouble.

I got my first laptop when I graduated high school from my grandpa.  It was a wonderful thing!  I could take it to college with me, play games with my friends and so much more!  One day though my old cat decided he liked it as a bed but then it was so warm it made him go to the bathroom on it.  That killed my precious laptop!!

After that I had to rely on my ex bf for a computer until just this year when I got this netbook.
