Could someone please tell me where I can find Koffing or Weezing?

I'm up to the eighth Gym, and I still don't have the sixth Pokémon for my team.  I really want it to be Weezing, my favorite Pokémon, but I can't for the life of me find a Koffing or Weezing anywhere in the wild.  And the Pokédex is no help at all, believe me, I already tried.
