I just thought another answer would bring us further to the murderer's identity. If I was the murderer, wouldn't another question be to my disadvantage, since it would reveal more of my identity? Anyways my favorite game is HG, X/Y could get boring since there's not a lot to the after game. HG has an entire region after you beat Lance.

My only thought: It seems to me that people who have played Pokémon since the earliest generation tend to prefer the older Pokémon games in part because of nostalgia. Since the murderer's favorite game is Pokémon X/Y, maybe the person is somewhat new to the Pokémon series. That's my theory, anyway.

IE- maybe they played Soul Silver first, but thanks to Vizzed was able to play Pokemon Red.

A misinterpretation could lead to them being able to dance around the question and wasting our question.

If we're going to ask that next, we HAVE to word it so you can't wiggle through it.

Also, currently, my vote probably goes to hilacle, if for no other reason than she's young, and a young pokegeek is more likely to think of X/Y as their favorite game, even if she says it's not.

I just took a look at the Official X and Y Thread. A few of us seemed to be excited for its release.

hilacle was decorated as a Pokefan in my initial investigation. She 's a younger Pokefan too, makin it easier for her to have Xand Y as her favorite.

She tried to divert the question, abd acted overall suspicious about it.

My vote gies ti hilacle.

Nobody has done anything really suspicious to me yet so I'm not voting for the time being.

My vote: I'm sorry Sapph (hilacle). Though I could be wrong, you have the vast majority of votes anyway, it wouldn't make a difference. That and the defence you really tried to pull, if I were in your case and innocent, I'd just calmy explain instead of immediately pushing away suspicion as that's even more suspicious.

Sorry for the sandwich post, but I forgot to post my vote.Well, I think I'll vote on... hilacle. It so seems like she's pushing suspicion the direction opposite of herself. I'm guessing she's trying to hide something... But, I won't go too far. The killer will obviously kill the person who can find out the most about him or her. Since I've known hilacle for a while, I might be the next victim, But we don't know that now do we? Heh. Anyway, My vote goes in hilacle's direction.

EDIT: I forgot to say there might be another way to uncover the killer, Everyone should state their favorite games. The killer won't reply to the thread, due to attracting suspicion onto himself, and according to pacman, The killer cannot lie, at this rate, The killer will be found in a matter of days. My favorite game, as I've already stated, is Pokemon Black.

I'm honestly not ready to start pointing fingers quite yet, I would rather have a solid lead rather than grasping at straws, quantity over quality is not really my way of going about things. Either way it doesn't look like this will last too terribly long at all.I would be quite honestly shocked if the killer survives this. Kind of a cross between too many people and having enough people who know what they are doing. So I'm going to sit back and watch how this plays out again. It could really go either way at this point.

I don't think we have enough to make an educated enough guess yet, but since the evidence does seem to suggest hilacle.  alex made a good point.
