I watched it 2 days ago (the 27th). It was pretty enjoyable, but a bit confusing compared to most episodes. I'm going to miss Matt Smith since he was one of my favorite doctors. Capaldi seems kind of old, don't you think? I still suppose that he'll be fun.

...They should have had him regenerate back to Eccleston.

When I first watched, I disliked Capaldi as the Doctor. After watching the regeneration later on youtube, I decided that he sounds like an older Tennant and has potential, but there will have to be some genius writing for sure. About Matt Smith's departure, :x :x :x.
