Doctor Who's "A Christmas Carol" is among my faves, as well (so I was disappointed to not see it on Netflix!).  Also, the Peanuts specials.  I have good memories of those.

For me it has to be the many simpsons christmas specials they have released. They are humorous festive and they always seem to be on in the mornings, so it is always there in the background when opening presents and eating breakfast. It has almost become a tradition to put on Sky 1 when me and my family wake up. 
I have seen the Christmas Carol doctor who episode but to be honest I didn't enjoy it. I have never really enjoyed much of Matt Smith, though his first series was pretty epic.

I would have to say my favorite special would be the Santa Claus  movies... as of I don't like a lot of Christmas movies but this will always be one of my all time favorites.
