Heres one: when will there ever be an actual FINAL fantasy. I mean, serioulsly, how many final fantasy's are there, 14? I mean, I don't really play it, so I shouldn't be complaining, but come on!

The model used for Cloud(In Advent Children) is technically the same used for the female character Lightning(From FFXIII). You can tell because their faces look exactly the same in shape, aside for Cloud have a slightly differently shaped nose.

Did you know that in Final fantasy 7, if Cloud is mean towards both Tifa and Aeris/Arieth(sp?) You will have the date at the golden saucer with Yuffie? Also... if you are mean to all girl you will have the date with Barret. And the "date" with Barret is just him chewing you out for being an a**h*** towards the ladies, that and hoping you don't try anything funny on Marlene, because Barret is just that Anti-Pedobear.

The character Cid so far exists in every Final Fantasy game as either a party member, non-playable character or has an honorable mention. However, Final Fantasy XII was the first to make a Cid Character an antagonist.

Oh and did you know that the Japanese release date for Dissidia: Final Fantasy was the same as the Japanese release date for the original Final Fantasy on the NES, 20 or so years ago?

Also in Final Fantasy IX, Cloud's Buster Sword is on display in the Lindblum weapon shop. If you talk to it, Zidane says something like "I can recall a spiky-haired soldier who used this sword..."

Final Fantasy VIII was the first FF game to have some method of breaking the damage limit of 9999, with Eden.

That's all I got for now.

Actually none of the final fantasy's really have anything to do with each other so it's a different story each time. Some times it's like a completly different game.

Did you know that in the original FF Tactics you can get Cloud from FFVII as a playable character?

The only reason Square Enix called it FINAL fantasy was because..

*YAY FLASHBACK!*

A long long time ago before I was even BORN (and before Kingdom Hearts was born ), Square Enix was one of the SUCKIEST game makers EVER. (I am not lieing.) They were about to shut down, but then one of the staff suggested they made a final game thats a fantasy and an RPG. Thus, they created the very first Final Fantasy for the NES. And get this: it was SUPER popular. It was one of their best games, and they didn't have to shut down. They kept on making Final Fantasies to the end.

*Flashback en..wait! I DIDN'T GET SQUARE ENIX'S AUTOGRAPH IN THE FLASHBA..*

And that is why they called it Final Fantasy.

Except back then they were not called Square Enix because this was before the two companies (Enix and Square) merged.
So it isn't really fair to say "Square Enix was one of the SUCKIEST game makers EVER" as Enix had nothing to do with it.
The company was called SquareSoft back then.
Enix on the other hand was making good games before SquareSoft did

Did you know that in FFVI, during the second to last tier of enemies before Kefka on the final battle, if you steal from them, you would get a Ragnarok and a Ultima Weapon? And that there is an item named the Cursed Shield which inflicts many status affects like Berserk and Doom for the one who equips it, but after a certain amount of battles with it equipped it becomes the Paladin Shield, which is essentially the strongest shield in the game?(and teaches Ultima for the user)
AND that Kefka's laugh is used in Chrono Trigger when you are in that tent with the cloning guy at the Millennial Fair?
In Crisis Core, the secret superboss Minerva has a supermove called Judgement Arrow, which can deal 99,999 damage(unless you use an SP Master or you have ridiculous stats) AND bypass Raise status(not to mention I beat it because you can steal 99 Phoenix Downs from her all at once? lol)
And when Zack uses Genesis's DMW "Apocalypse", there are words in the designs in the attack that are actually the last act of "Loveless"?
Final Fantasy IV's "Theme of Love" is integrated into Japanese schools' music curriculum.
That's all I can think of right now.

This isn't really a fun fact, but did you know that the maker of final fantasy, Hironogu Sakaguchi has created his own studio and quit Square Enix because it has now become a money loving whore that barely puts out a decent game because it's too damned focused on crappy spinoffs like Dirge, Crisis Core, and Kingdom Hearts Spinoffs.
I'm sorry for that!

Final Fantasy I: Chaos has the lowest HP of any final boss, with only 2000 HP in the NES version.

Final Fantasy I: This was one of the first RPGs to show the both the ememy and player party in a side view.

Final Fantasy II: This is arguably the first story intensive console RPG.

Final Fantasy II: This was the first Final Fantasy to have playable characters die.

Final Fantasy II: This was the first game in the series to abandon traditional leveling up.

Final Fantasy III: This is one of the, if not the first console RPG to use a job system that you can switch in the game.

Final Fantasy IV: Final Fantasy IV was translated in Japan, then sent to America where non-professional translators tried to fix the horrendous job the Japanese translators did. Examining this mess of a localization was also the first test of translator Ted Woosley.

Final Fantasy IV: This was the first Final Fantasy to use the Active Time Battle system.

Final Fantasy V: This game was not released in America because Square believed the Job System to be too complex and confusing for and American audience. This is why Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest was released.

Final Fantasy VI: This is the first game in the series which the antagonist successfully takes over and destroys the world, and features an attempted suicide.

Final Fantasy VI: This is quite possibly the only SNES game in America to feature teen pregnancy uncensored.

Final Fantasy VII: The translators from the first Final Fantasy also translated the seventh in the series.

Final Fantasy VII: This was the second game to be numbered properly in America.

Final Fantasy VIII: This was the first Final Fantasy to use photo realistic characters consistently through-out the game.

Final Fantasy IX: The ninth entry was originally to be a spin-off to the series, but was promoted while in development.

Final Fantasy IX: This is also the last game in the main series to use the Active Time Battle system.

Final Fantasy X: This is the first game in the series to feature voice acting.

Final Fantasy X: This is the last main series Final Fantasy to use random encounters.

Final Fantasy X: This is the first time Nobuo Umeatsu did not compose the score alone.

Final Fantasy X: This is the first main series game to have a sequel.

Final Fantasy XI: This is the first MMO Final Fantasy.

Final Fantasy XI: This is the first game to use the Real Time Battle system.

Final Fantasy XII: This is the only main series game to take place in Ivalice.

Final Fantasy XII: The abandonment of random encounters was due to the backlash from their inclusion in Final Fantasy X.

Final Fantasy XIII: Final Fantasy XIII was originally planed for the PS2, but was moved to the PS3 when SquareEnix discovered the console's power.

Final Fantasy XIII: This is the only game in the series to include multiple successful suicides.

Final Fantasy XIII: This is the only game in the series to have a different main theme based on the game's region.

In FF9 the only way to get back to the entrance of Fossil Roo after your first time through is to return to the Qs Marsh with Quina in your party. If you don't have Quina in your party you won't be able to get there.

In the SNES version of Final Fantasy VI (not so sure about the PSX or GBA...) there are two glitches that will KO 99% percent of enemies, including bosses. One if doable in one turn, one requires a specific character, but both will kill the enemy.
