Title says it all.  Has anyone experienced this problem or am I doing something wrong?  I'm past the plot points where I received both cut and flash, but I can't find them in my inventory anywhere, including my TM case, in order to teach it to a pokemon....

I am most likely leaning towards the thought that this is a glitch. I haven't played Fire Red in a while, but I am fairly certain this doesn't happen in the game. It's an original Pokemon game, so there shouldn't be any problems with it, but again, it probably is a glitch. 

You can refresh the game over and over, see if they pop up in your TM case. If not, I guess wait a few days, and maybe things'll be back to normal.
