If you could take a pill and be physically fit, would you?  Would you rather do the exercise?  How insanely popular would it be to pop a vitamin and melt off fat and build muscle or look like however you want to look?

Say it didn't do anything for athleticism, just fitness.  Would you do things the old fashioned way or would you pop a pill?

This day and age it seems everything can be solved just by eating a little pill. Most of the time they have worse side effects then what you are taking it to cure. Now on to the question. If the pill had no nasty side effects then I probably would take it. I would be a total hypocrite but I think I would take it.

Oh, take the pill no question. Being physically fit is wonderful, but it takes a lot of upkeep to stay fit. If I popped a pill, I wouldn't have to spend so much time looking and feeling my best.

I'd still go running a few times a week because I like it, but I wouldn't mind getting rid of my longer work outs...

Well, I am overweight so yes I would take a pill that would make me fit. Those pills don't really exist though it seems. Especially unless it has some huge side affect. Even though I am overweight I try to eat better and I do things that keep me where I am not out of breath anymore.

Honestly?
I probably would take the long, old fashioned, route anyway.
I do not like pills.
Plus I know my body better when I do the work.
When I ingest a pill? It makes my body feel odd.
I even have to eat my veggies the fashioned way too. No diet suppliments for me.
It just does not work.

Yeah, I think it would be cool, I wouldn't need it though since I am not out of shape to begin with. But if I was and if nothing was going to happen to me when I take it, then yeah I would consider taking this pill. It seems like it has to come to this since a lot of people are out of shape and don't feel like working out, so this would just be the simple solution to that.

Well I'm really at my best shape at the moment, so not sure how much the pill would help, but yes I would take it. Being healthy is being healthy no matter how its achieved, really. If it was for muscles in a body building contest, then no I would take the harder route.

I wouldn't take a pill like this. I really don't like to take pills, plus getting fit with exercise feels so much rewarding than just taking a pill.
Besides, what about negative effects? It could have some pretty drastic negative effects, sort of like steroids.
I also think that it would make gyms die out, since why go to a gym when you can just take a pill?

No way! I wouldn't believe in a pill that could 'put in shape'! It would obviously be a scam of some sort, and besides, I'm already in good shape. Regardless, I wouldn't trust something as dumb-sounding as that. I would stick to regular exercising.

If I did not have to worry about any possible side effects, I would jump at the opportunity to take one. I literally walk 5 to 10 miles a day, and it does not do anything to me, so having such a pill would be very helpful.
