IT IS I...RELINQUISHED,The best of the best,Anyway enough of my gloating and bragging,MY question is,What Pokemon do you think could survive an apocalypse,Based on data from the Pokedex and blah blah blah,Now give me an answer...or die....does that count as a death threat?

My religious views point me to fire and rock type Pokémon, like charizard, geodude, onix or ponyta. Any fire and rock type. The end of earth, my opinion, is fire.

I'd go with pretty much any legendary pokemon, and possibly Ditto. Depends on what type of apocalypse you're talking about here.

It really depends on the apocalypse type. I'd say Deoxys would have a shot.. Seeing it's a space virus, it could even be the one causing that apocalypse. Ditto might survive due to it's ability to become any Pokemon. I'd also say Alakazam has a chance because of it's teleportation and psychic abilities. Also, depending on what was mostly gone, many Water-types might go relatively unscathed if the water was left untouched mostly. It really depends on the type of apocalypse. Poison types might even survive if it's mostly because of a type of poison.

I would have to say Pikachu.. he falls .. he may get defeated but he always gets back up an seeks that revenge!

Mewtwo would not only survive an apocalypse, but he would kill every opposing enemy in the apocalypse.

Mewtwo because he will kill about everything in his sight.

I would say Mewtwo, Mew, Mega Charizard, Honedge and all it's evolutions (He's a sword, how could he NOT survive?), Espurr, and Goomy. They're all good at stayin' alive.

So many of these questions have the same answer. Rayquaza. He can fly and his food is miles above the ground. He can fly faster than humans can see, too. He can live hundreds of millions of years in the air, so he can bide his time until everything settles on the surface.

Rayquaza is the obvious answer as it can just sit up in the ozone layer for millions of years. If we're talking about post-apocalyptic conditions, any powerful Pokemon that could fly or levitate would carve out a living. Hydreigon would kill everything else due to it's brutal nature. I'm assuming the oceans would remain somewhat intact, so any ocean dwelling Pokemon would survive, too.

Probably mew, mewtwo, shedinja and honedge. I also think that Rayquaza and spiritomb would also survive, most of the ghost types could probably survive this because it just won't do much to them in the first place. Or then again, none of the pokemon would die because they can just breed with a ditto and make more copies of themselves before it even happens. Any legendary would probably be able to survive because they have the power and also a ton of special abilities which can help them. Interesting topic by the way... 

Here's a few......

Ice Age Kind of apocalypse: Then I will say that every Ice Pokémon of course will survive, and I believe that Fire Pokémon's have high chance to survive too. Grass and Bug-type Pokémon's probably dies in the first wave. Flying Pokémon's can have pretty hard to find any food if all the bugs are dead, so they might die pretty fast too. Then all those fossil type Pokémon's probably can survive one ice age pretty well.....

Zombie Apocalypse: Not many of the Pokémon's will die in this global disease, they just change sides or get recruited. : D

Nuclear Holocaust: If some crazy Team Nuclear-Rocket will use their Missiles and the whole Pokémon world will be covered in radiation... Then what Pokémon's will survive?? I will say that the strongest ones to survive are poison type Pokémon's and of course ground/rock types who can live underground.. Waters will be polluted so either the water Pokémon's will die or mutate.

That's enough, too tired to think any more of these.

I would have to say Ditto, Arceus, & the inevitable future roach looking pokemon. I am surprised they haven't made a roach pokemon yet. They made a trash bag so why not a roach?

I think many of the legendary pokemon would survive...and many small pokemon since they could easily hind from danger...also really powerful pokemon.

If is a meteor maybe some ground type Pokémon and water type would survive but if an earthquake hits obviously all ground type Pokémon would faint/die but i think water type and fire could survive but it depends.
