Agreed imo. I'd say this is probably the best fighting game on the original gameboy. If not  It defeintly beat's mk1 on gameboy, and it beats mortal kombat 3 on gameboy they were both slow, and terrible controls/cruddy pshyics, etc.  Mortal kombat 2 is perfectly balanced, fast, and very playable.
