I would probably say that it is really close between blaziken and infernape, they are like covered in flames, especially infernape. Those are probably my top 2 pokemon that I think would be really hot. Then there is typhlosion and emboar, they both look like they have very high temperatures as well. I think this is an interesting topic, but if I had to guess, those would probably be the pokemon that I think are the hottest and have the highest temperatures. Interesting thread, I am sure people will end up with a lot of similar answers.

I would have to say the hottest pokemon is Magcargo because it is made of fire and some of the pokedex entries say it 18,000 degrees F.
