I have heard much about Moemon, and look what I find!
It's a pretty good hack, even if the only thing that was really modified was the sprites. It also reaches the same level of hilarity when it comes to the genders as Touhoumon (Male women? What?)
The sprites are very?well done. I'm not disappointed.
But otherwise the game is exactly like Emerald, and will rate it as how I viewed Emerald.
The hack is a very visual, so if you don't care for stampeding everything in your path with a team of little girls, then go play Emerald.

EDIT: Okay, forget what I said about "no change in game whatsoever." There is a FREAKING TELEPORT HUB hidden in Littleroot. Also, some of the terrain is changed up a bit, i.e. giant puddles & flowers.
But otherwise, it is practically the same game.

Not a bad start for a review since you have clearly stated your opinion pretty well.

What you can try to do is to categorize it which may help make your review even have more words in it. Like for example:

Intro:

intro goes here. Talk a bit about the background of the game or say something to grab the readers attention

Graphics: 8

The sprites....

Sound: 9

The background music.....

and so on. 

Conclusion:

Say overall stuff and end your review in an epic way!

This method is not necessary but its helpful. Later on, you can even try to make up your own format or even improve on this format. Anyways, keep up the good work.

You are off to a good start, I would just follow mohamm's advice because he did a pretty good job summing up what I would normally say to others about giving advice. Just break it down bit by bit and go from there with talking about it. Space it out and then type away how you felt about the game, just be sure to be honest and detailed with each and every review you make, and with time and repetition and practice, you will master reviewing. Good job.

I just hate how certain Pokemon don't have the Moemon edit. *coughGardevoircough*

I watched a video where you could battle Hatsune Miku in a FireRed Moemon game, I think the sprites on that one are a lot cuter than the Emerald Moemon hack.
