Okay, so as the thread title says, just name a pokemon you would like to see with a  mega evolution. Some of the pokemon that have them already look a little silly, but I think that metagross and salamence should have a mega evolution. I think they would both look very cool with one. I also think that scyther should have one for some reason, I think it would look cool all black with green highlights. Those are just some pokemon I think would look cool if they had a mega evolution.

So, what pokemon do you think should have a mega evolution? Post your suggestions here!

I totally agree with you about Metagross and Salamance...those two would definitely have cool Mega-Evolutions, and would most likely gain a lot from it. 

Scyther doesn't have one, but Scizor does, so I wouldn't think Nintendo would ever make one for Scyther. 

The Kanto starters sure did get their Mega-Evolutions...how about the Johto starters? That would be really cool as well! Blaziken got its Mega-Evolution, but why not the rest of the Hoenn starters either? 

Obviously, having all the Johto and Hoenn starters Mega-Evolve would be a bit too much...possibly overwhelming. But as the game goes on, I feel Nintendo will be releasing much more Pokémon that can Mega-Evolve.

In my opinion, having starters that can Mega-Evolve is much cooler, for lack of better terms. Gyrados, Tyranitar, Lucario...yeah, they look pretty awesome and gain some better stats, but I feel starters are MUCH more familiar to the Pokémon fan base than some of those other Pokemon...not everyone gets exposed to an Ampharos, or even a Houndoom, so having Pokémon you grew up with, Pokémon that you really know and have played with every single time, that's what would make a nice Mega-Evolution.

Sidewinder : Yeah I agree with you man, I would really like to see both feraligatr and sceptile with one, I think they would both look really awesome with one. I think it is probably best to have pokemon that people are familiar with to have the mega evolutions, I think that mawile or medicham were kind of weird as far as mega evolutions go, they should try to make pokemon that more people know have the mega evolutions, so you bring up a good point there. 

I know that they will make a lot more pokemon with the ability to mega evolve in future pokemon games. I just hope that they make good choices for pokemon with the ability and not waste it on something lame like a smeargle for example. 

So I agree, you bring up a good point, and I think they should really do the johto starters, we already know how awesome blaziken works with one, so feraligatr and sceptile are bound to look pretty cool as well

People were praying for this thing getting an evolution, but when time came around, it somehow reached the Pokedex, but never got a Mega Evolution or an actual evolution. Honestly, Dunsparce should have gotten some decent power by now. It may be just doomed to be a horrible Pokemon.......
Next, from my list you can tell Pokemon that need Mega Evolutions are actually in need of them........
Sableye - Mawile got one, so he should get one aswell....... he needs a decent power - up, especially with Spiritomb throwing away any use for him in the Dark/Ghost Section.
Tauros - Used to be a beast, but plagued by being all - out normal. Kangaskhan was also in need, and Kangaskhan somehow got one.
Steelix - Needs that attack boost........
Golem - Come on, it's Rock/Ground, and it needs all the help it can get......

 

Razor-987 : i'll agree with drudiggon because its a very strong pokemon and with mega evolve ultimate strong!

I've always wanted machamp to have a mega evolution. It also would be cool to see arcanine, Poliwrath and maybe even sneasel or weavile have a mega evolution as well.

Good suggestions guys, I think it would be cool to see machamp with one. I never would've guessed tropius with one, but if they did it well, I think it could turn out looking pretty cool. Swampert and sceptile I could see with one in the future because it isn't fair that only blaziken gets one, I think that they would both benefit greatly from one, not to mention how cool they would look with one. 

Druddigon would look pretty cool with one as well, mainly wit h focus on its speed because it has an extremely low speed. Like I said before, I think it would be really awesome if Feraligatr was given a mega evolution, that would be just awesome, I think it would be best too since they skipped over the Johto region in mega evolutions.

I say make Gamefreak give us a mega evolution of Hyrdreigon, Give it four legs,Make it walk on all fours,And make the heads and body look more fearsome and more Dragonic,Sort of like Hydranoid from that Bakugan show,Not that i watch it...That's not a sarcastic joke btw.

I couldn't agree with you more on that, hydreigon is already an awesome dragon type pokemon, but it would be even more awesome if it could mega evolve. I think your idea for how it should look would be cool. It should have a really high special attack.

I think druddigon should have one too, it is also very cool but a mega evolution would make it that much more awesome. Maybe for haxorus also...dragon types look awesome when mega evolved in my opinion.

I want to see a mega Marowak myself. Just seems like a pretty cool Pokemon that was never given much of a chance due to it's extremely low speed. I'd want it's mega evolution to either increase speed, or more likely it's defensive stats. That way it would have a chance to put that gigantic attack stat to good use. I also would like to see some other underused Pokemon get mega evolutions. Mega Kingler and Mega Rapidash. Really, I would prefer most underused Pokemon to get mega evolutions to balance them out, instead of giving the stronger ones mega evolutions. No offense if you like Mega Blaziken, but I thought Blaziken was powerful enough already.

I would like to see either Zangoose or Dunsparce have a Mega-evolution. I mean, they have so many potential, they have a great movepool, but they don't have the stats to back it up. If they got a mega evolution, it would make them so much better.
I would also like to see Crobat have a mega evolution, so everyone would stop complaining on how Zubat is annoying, let's make it have a reason to get one!
