Welcome Welcome Welcome,to the Pokemon Reviews,guys...its finally time,i have gotten so many PM's about this Pokemon,that its insane,so i will finally shut you guys up,and review noibat...well we all know that we want Noivern,but we just need to get past this hurdle first,now for those who don't know,this Pokemon is becoming VERY popular in the community,seriously,this guy is starting to take over,Christ he is even starting to become a threat to GOOMY,but i am here to see if its really all that cool,so lets get this review started...what else could i really do anyway


Moveset

At the start we get screech,supersonic,and tackle,A for effort,because it has 3 moves,but really..your just going to be spamming tackle

Leech life,5:This bug type move has a base attack damage of 20 and has 100% accuracy,also this move will allow the user to gain 50% of the damage done to this attack to be gained back in HP,this move is SO weak,you would have to be pretty desperate to use it

Gust,11: This move has a base attack damage of 40 and has 100% accuracy,as of gen 6,this move can also hit other targets in double battles,but not triple,this move is...technically weaker than tackle,so just continue to use tackle,and use this move on bug types,fighting types,etc.

Bite,13: This move has a base attack damage of 60 and has 100% accuracy,also this move has a 30% chance of making the target flinch,take it use it love it

Wing attack,16: This move has a base attack damage of 60 and has 100% accuracy,once again as of gen 6,this move can hit multiple targets in triple battles.

Agility,18:This raises the targets speed stat by 2 stages,this move would be effective if this Pokemon was evolved,but right now if you tried to use it,you would die so fast,right now you don't have time to set up anything,don't bother with this one,although it is a pretty good move

Air cutter,23:This move has a base attack damage of 60 and has 95% accuracy,this move also has an increased critical hit ratio,take it use it love it

Roost,27: Now roost is..a bit tricky,this flying type move will restore half of the users HP,but if the user is a PURE flying type,it will lose its flying type status,and become a normal type,which means you also lose your immunity to ground type moves,but as of gen 6,the user will return to being a flying type,at the end of the turn,great move,take it use it love it

Razor wind,31:This move has a base attack damage of 80 and has 100% accuracy,this move also has an increased critical hit ratio,take it use it love it

Tailwind,35: Pfft HA HA HA HA HA HAAAA-

Ryuk: You know you haven't used that gag in a while

Relinquish: And you haven't been used as a running gag in a while...

Whirlwind,40:.....screw it,*Pops bear* i am getting so wasted.

Super fang,43: This does 50% Hp damage to the target,and has 90% accuracy,and it will ALWAYS do 50% HP damage,no matter what,take it if you want,but i really hate that 90% accuracy

At level 48...we get it...we finally get it...lady's and gentlemen..Noivern

Air slash,53: At the start this Agent of Awesomeness gets this AWESOME flying type move,this move has a base attack damage of 75 and has 95% accuracy,This move also has a 30% chance of making the target flinch

Hurricane,62: This move has a base attack damage of 110 and has 70% accuracy,this move also has a 30% chance of confusing the target,this is a good,possibly great move,but i just cannot tolerate that accuracy,so take it if you want,but its not for me.

Dragon pulse,70: This move has a base attack damage of 85 and has 110% accuracy,

Now we have quite possibly one of the best moves ever made,

Boomburst,75: This move has a base attack damage of 140 and has 100% accuracy,and will hit all targets in double and triple battles,...guys...this is just one of those perfect moves that come around every once in a while,so this is a perfect move,i cannot say anything else about except,i HIGHLY recommend you take this move


Stats

HP,85: This is a pretty good health stat,not exactly great,but very good

Attack,70: uh...it just barely passes as good,could be alot better

Defense,80: Once again this is a stat that just barely passes,this become needs alot more bulk

Special attack,97: This is a great stat,make use of it

Special defense,80: everything i said about defense...apply it here

Speed,123: Pfft...sorry i just cannot get over the "123" stat,anyway this is a great stat,you should be able to outrun alot of your targets

This Pokemon has 4 weaknesses,dragon ice fairy and rock,now ice is going to be your main threat,and you need to fight something to combat it ASAP,fairy it going to be a problem,but its easily defeated,rock is basically the easiest to beat out of all of these 4,and dragon is tricky,you don't exactly need to fight a weakness to it because...well,you can combat it by yourself,you are a dragon type right,but if you don't have to much confidence in this guy,you can easily find a rock type or ice type.

This Pokemon's leveling process is painfully slow,just...deal with it


Tms and Hms

Psychic

Boomburst: use this move,and destroy all of your targets

Flamethrower: Burn to cinder all who stand in your way

Fly: Use this move as your escape pod,when you predict damage just use this move

Psychic,: eh...yeah this move is not really here for any reason,i just ran into alot of fighting and ghost types in my testing

Gyms Rival and Elite 4

Gyms: This Pokemon will do DREADFUL IN GYMS...at the start,but once you get Noivern PFFT,you will destroy them without batting an eye

Rival : This Pokemon is going to do okay against your rival for the first 2-3 battles,but after that,until you get noivern,its going to be a PAIN

Trainers:...oh yeah until you get Noivern,trainers can take you down now...yeah it said it,but once you get this guy to level 48 PFFT,don't even worry about these bugs,just step on them

Elite 4hould you take this Pokemon to the elite 4....Maybe,while this is a pretty good Pokemon,it will have some problems against the elite 4,i would say,get it to level 75 somehow,then take them on.

Tips

1.Get this thing to level 75..somehow
2.This Pokemon cannot take alot of hits,so be ready to retreat at any time,anything can happen

Final thoughts:This Pokemon is...a AWESOME DRAGON TYPE,however its not the best,its going to take it FOREVER to get to level 48,it has a pretty good moveset,great stats,once it evolves,good tms and hms,its once it evolves,it will be one of the best members on your team,in all honesty,i really do want to give this Pokemon a 4/5,but i just can't however i will recommend that you get it,and i will give it the Agent of Awesomeness badge,go out and get this Guy,but just be warned,it takes time and patience to train,and to use it right,just keep at it,and you will be awarded.

Fun fact: In cased you have not noticed,this Pokemon is meant to be a bat like dragon type
