Hey Pokéfans!

In all the years I've been a "Pokemon Trainer", I've never really... focused on 'Catching Them All' necessarily.
So, well, that's my question for you all! How close have you come to being the ultimate Pokemon Master, or if you already have? Have you caught them all?

And, as a side happy note, last week I found my 7 year old Pokemon Emerald GBA cartridge in a soaken box, and luckily, it still works.
Look like I'll continue my journey!

When I'm doing the main story, I just get the best pokemon I find but, after I complete the story I tend to try and catch them all

No I don't really focus on catching all of the pokemon.I think it is because I like to think of myself as the ultimate trainer when all of my pokemon reach level 100 but I think I have once or twice and then just lost interest in it

awesomeguy279 : yeah, since the post story of black 2 is easily diminished I spent time trading and breeding to get all 3 starters and restart a team of 6 like the good old days... then i just started doing it with whichever pokemon i felt like! i have like 9 different usable battle teams of 6 right now, even a team of ground types to pretend I'm a ground type gym leader in the PWT

I have been waiting for a thread like this to be made ! Finally, I have found it! I was about to make my own... Anyway, I have caught 204 Pokemon in Heart Gold Version, and that is as close as I ever got.

I don't remember how many i got, but on my wii (Hacked Wii with Homebrew channel, i can play GBA games! on my wii!)
It was on Fire Red, i almost god them all... I WAS SOOO CLOSE... And then my SD Card broke... I had a level 87 Charizard! :'(
