Everyone loves a game where sonic is able to run like crap through a stage without let back, and a game was made like that, Sonic Unleashed. Then we saw the trailer...

We all hated what Sega had done this time. Apparently Sonic was exposed to Dark Gaia's power and turned into, well, that. Every night he will become this form, and the game mechanics change more than a stage in Sonic Adventure as Big the Cat. Sonic becomes slow and focuses on plat forming and fighting. The problem is this..."Why the **** is Sonic so slow? Why does his arms stretch so much? **** this game never playing Sega again! (goes to write an angry review)". It's the fact that Big can do his fishing, Knuckles and Rouge can go treasure hunting, and Sonic should just run. The fact that now Sonic can't be Sonic angers fans, wolfie over here should have been Rage the Were hog or Carnage the Were hog. He should've been like Crash Bandicoot where Dr. Egg man makes a monstrous mutant hedgehog to kill Sonic but he rebels and fights Egg man's own forces, yet still take no side and fight against Sonic whenever they cross paths, like Sonic and Shadow in adventure 2. At least that's my opinion. Still everyone felt the daytime stages with normal sonic were the best and fastest yet free flowing in the 3D Sonic franchise. But the fact it was 51% good and 49% bad put this smack dab in the end of the dark age... a concept I will get into next thread.

Well I have to agree with the sonic the hedgehog fans, this game kinda sucks. I got it for the Xbox 360 myself and hated it. What were Sega thinking to turn everyone's childhood hero, except those who owned a nintendo console, evil and all violent. In a way it can actually ruin childhood memories, however it is not made to unlike the Sonic.EXE creepypasta. As you said sonic is slow and when you look at all of the adverts of the first 3 Sega games this is never what Sega really planned. Every since they became third party really ruined them and they were in the control of other, bigger companies have well really ruined there games. Well I guess we can not be as mad as we were when Microsoft took over Rareware and made that Banjo and Kazooie Nuts and Bolts piece of crap. Man and we were all waiting for Banjo Threeie! GAWD DAMMIT!!!
