Okay, just to clear out before disaster strikes: I got David's permission for the tournament, and earthwarrior's to post it here.

Anyways, welcome to the Super Smash Bros Brawl, Round Robin Tournament! This thread is currently for sign ups. So, what is this Super Smash Bros Brawl tournament? Well, a Round Robin Tournament is one where everyone fights everyone. That would mean I do this tournament, then after this, I'll hold a Loser's Tournament so the Losers can fight it out. Yes, sort of confusing. But I'll explain.

What is this?

This is the Round Robin Tournament. That means it consists of two parts: Normal Tournament and Loser's Tournament. The Loser's Tournament will be described later, but what that is is the losers of this tournament pitted against each other. This Tournament is normal, obviously. The layout will be 1 on 1 fights, 3 stocks each. Whoever wins the match advances.

What's the layout of the matches?

Like I said above, it's 1 on 1, you against your opponent. There are 3 stocks, no CPUs against you. You can only go to the Final Destination. That's it. No other place is allowed.

What are the prizes?

Well, I intend to make this the best tournament ever. The prizes are gonna be huge, of course. That is, if many people sign up and/or donate towards the competition.

3rd place: 25,000 Viz
2nd place: 50,000 Viz
1st place: A grand 100,000 Viz!

Yep, that's right. We've got a lot on the line. If people sign up, it'll be awesome. (so pls sign up)

How do I sign up?

Well, that's easy. PM me the following things:

First, you want to pledge to us that you WILL keep up with this tournament unless kicked out or you lost. You can't sign up just for a stupid post and not show up. If you think you cannot compete or your Wii won't work with you, do not sign up. We love entries, but when people mess us up, that really peeves me off.

Second, write why you want to compete. This isn't really considered when choosing contestants, but it's sort of nice to know why people are going for it. Do you want to have fun? Greedy and want some Viz? Or maybe you've got a special someone you want to give Viz to. Whatever the reason, it's cool.

Third, wire me 2,000 Viz. That'll be the entry fee. No exceptions, sorry. If you want a huge prize at the end, there HAS to be some fee. I can't handle the whole payout with just myself, the co-host tgags123, and donations.
Do those and you're probably going to be accepted. We're expecting around 32 to 64 people to sign up, so that'll be awesome.

Help! I can't record my match on the Wii!

That's fine. All you have to do is simple: Have both players tell me who won out of the two. No, not one person. BOTH have to confirm it. That's the only way it'll be fair. If one person tells me and the other doesn't, I'll PM the other myself. Post all results in this thread.

How do I fight others?

Easy. Use the site I will link below to find each others friend code. How will you share them? PM them to your opponent. DO NOT post them on this thread unless you want random people adding you. When you PM them, use the link I will provide to add each other.

After that, you can then fight each other when you're both online. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE set a date and time you both come online with your opponent. If you miss the first assigned meeting, it's a forgiven. Second, warning. Third, you're kicked out.

What is this thread for?

This thread is for informing others. Once I say you're allowed to post here, do so. That will help us keep the entries organized. Do not post here with compliments, questions, or things that will say you're gonna join. Seriously. No matter who you are (other than me or tgags), do not post here unless I tell you to. Everything you need to ask or say is to ME in a PM. Not tgags, not someone else, me.

I THINK that's it. If there is anything else I may have missed, or you have a question, PM me. Do not post here until I approve your entry in the competition. After the rounds start, that's when people can start posting. Other than that, no posting here. I don't want TdV spam filtering in, sorry.
