I have recently been getting this message, a lot, with a lot of games I try to play. 

I uninstalled the Vizzed RGR plug-in, and then re-installed it. Shut down my computer too. 
Still the same message. 

The only games that seem to work really is Tecmo Bowl 2014, and Tetris as well. 

Maybe it has something to do with me being unable to play Pokemon games? The games I have been trying to play are Pokemon games...some I already played and have on my game profile, and some I never played before. 

I am also getting the same message that I had previously, Error: Failed to load ROM file. It fixed itself after a few hours, but this problem has been going on for a few days now.

Did ya try a different browser first?

The other suggestion I have is to manually delete the ROMs and open up the games again so it will redownload them.

For Windows 7;

Start > All Programs > Vizzed Retro Game Room > Open plug in data > Downloads (not ROM folder)

Or you can try to clear your cookies and cache to see if that works.
