I am the sort of person who would make a list and take the place by storm only going down the isles I need and not dawdling about waiting for mount Everest to erode, my mom however is the sort of person who walks at 1mph and randomly stops to look at a product she has no intention of buying and going down every isle even though she knows there is nothing she wants there, to me it is incredibly infuriating getting dragged along for hours when I could have done the same shop in less than fifteen minutes even with queuing for the till.

I shop reasonably fast, I will get a list from my mom because she writes out a list of items for each of the family members to work on and we split up, I am always the first one done, I get everything that is on the list though, it takes me about 15 minutes to get like 10 items, I just know what I am getting and I can get it pretty fast without too much trouble. 

So yeah, on a normal day I can shop pretty fast, regardless of what mood I am in. It just seems that guys normally shop pretty fast while girls take their time shopping and compare prices and all that

I usually never make shopping lists. I just look around, see what I need to get, and maybe what I should get. 

I do not spend too much time shopping in the first place anyways, I just take a quick run through of the place I am shopping at, then leave. That's all it is for me.

Depends on what I am shopping for. If I am purchasing ingredients for the week, then I will talk with my wife on what I should get, for a detailed list. If I know that I will be browsing around the store just to look at things, then of course I will take my time. Can't just purchase anything without taking the time to figure out if you need this particular purchase.

I hate shopping, so the only way I'll go is if someone drags me there. I certainly wouldn't take that much time to go around looking at everything. However, if I'm on vacation or something, then I don't mind going into some stores and looking at merchandise, but that doesn't usually last long.

Most of the time when I shop for items such as food I just make a list before hand. Now when I shop for items such as clothes and video games etc. I make sure I bring at least $100 or more because those things cost more than food and because I never know what I might like.
