A person has actually did suggest this long time ago and if I remember correctly it would be a huge strain on the server too actually search all for every single user so it was pretty much rejected.
But if I had to decide I would say a bit of not agreeing because there is no real purpose unless your account was hacked and you find out you lost a lot of Viz.
