Do you think humans will ever be able to live on another planet? I think we will be able to live on Mars at some point. We probably won't be able to live on any other planets because of differences in temperature and pressure.

Matthew2321 : Oh, wait. We are already on Mars!

No. There might be hope that they may live on mars but it seems farfetch'd at some points and living on any planet besides earth may be impossible due the agonizing temperatures and all the harmful gases

Nah. I honestly doubt it. Us humans were made to be fit for the planet earth. And we are also fit for the temperatures and pressures of earth and breathing oxygen. We are definitely not fit for any other planet. Unless we were to live in space suites. lol. XD

I doubt it. There are gases, a lot of gravity,, and it is just plain weird. But I do not think they will ever be able to live on other planets.

I'm sure humans would be able to adapt to new environments as long as the planet is similar enough to our own. Wouldn't be immediate, mind, but if it's close enough to allow us to survive as we are now, later generations would be able to live there easier, which might make for adapting to other planets with a composition less similar to Earth's as we go down the line.

So yeah, I think we could. Just not in our time.

There is a lot of rumors saying in the future, Mars will be able to sustain life for humans. I highly doubt it's true though. The atmosphere makes it impossible.

Don't know why people think we can live on Mars over Earth. Mars was once like Earth, as we see clear evidence of river and even oceanic presence a long time ago. But Mars is a dead planet. Dead planet means the core is no longer active. The energy ran out. So no tectonic activity is happening with the plates that make up the planet. So no new crust is being made. But what people don't realize is that an active core means a solid inner core with a liquid outer core that interact in a way that produces a magnetic field around the whole planet. Earth (as well as any living planet) has one. That magnetic field is the only thing that keeps the planet safe from solar winds from the sun. Without that field, the atmosphere is torn apart by solar winds. Mars's atmosphere was torn apart this way. That is why there is no longer liquid water on the planet's surface. So Mars is in no way a better alternative than Earth unless Earth was literally destroyed.

As for living on any other planet, I say no. I have gone very in depth as to why, but it takes forever to explain. Just read my explanation from here- https://www.vizzed.com/boards/thread.php?id=59981&ppp=100&page=0#868979
