The two captains have now set off on a voyage to who knows where aboard The Unlucky Charm . Zed now has 3 days to live and find the map .  The two pirates both go to the top of the deck with bottles of rum . Each carring thier own . 




Roger - " So how are you going to stop Dedmond ? "  
Zed - " I am going to kill him of course . Well I won't kill him . The crown will kill him . I'll just assist in the process of slightly harming him in some way " 
Roger - " But how ? You said it yourself . You can't kill whats already deaddddah " 
Zed - " Do you want to hear a story . Mr Roger ? " 
Roger - " Wait "  * Takes a drink of rum * " Ok now start "

Zed - " Well you see ... long ago . Me and the good captain Dedmond were friends . "  * Takes a drink of rum * 
Roger - " You don't sayyyah "  * Takes a drink of rum * 
Zed - " Yup . We were the best of friends . We sailed the high seas together day after day . Twas a good life .  One voyage .. we stopped in Scotland . We became part of a Scottish clan and everything . * Takes a drink of rum * 
Roger - " Now why would you go and do that for ? Don't you know . Every clan has its own Banshee ? " * Takes a drink of rum * 
Zed - " Well we did not know that . And Believe it or not . Dedmond was . In love . With a Scottish woman . Yup . I said it . " 
Roger - " Then how did a lovestruck fellow like that become ...... Dedmond ? 
Zed - " Well turns out that Dedmond proposed to her . They loved each other so much . Nothing could go wrong . Except ..... * Takes a drink of rum * On the day before the wedding . The Clan's Banshee appeared out of nowhere . And the first thing the banshee whaled at was Dedmond's  bride to be . Her name was Serina by the way . It is said that those who the banshee whaled over would die soon after and it was so . Serina died a few minutes later .  Dedmond was heart broken . The Banshee was then slayed by the clan's leader but it could not bring back Serina . When we left ... Dedmond was never the same .  I saw his loneliness and wanted to help . " 
Roger - " And how did you provide this help ? " 
Zed - " I saw a scroll . It said that if I got pieces of gold from a shady pirate ... that it would bring back those killed by a banshee . So I made the deal . I got the gold but couldn't pay up my end . I made a mistake . So instead of cursing me ... The pirate cursed Dedmond . Because Dedmond was holding a piece of gold .... Serina was raised back . But because he held it when he was being cursed .... she came back as a banshee . She did not look ugly or hideous in any way but as a part of the curse she was made a part of Dedmond's ship . Dedmond was again sad and named his ghost ship " The Reaper's Bride in honor of his lost love . To this day Serina is entrapped in Dedmond's ship and the only way to get her out is by retrieving the pieces of gold from a shady pirate . But sadly I spent all mine off and there is only more at Atlantis . " 
Roger - " Ok thanks for the story but I still don't understand how that kills Dedmond " 
Zed - " Dedmond did not die when he was cursed . He died when his heart stopped beating . And his heart stopped beating when Serina was sealed in the ship .  Dedmond can't die because he is already dead . But if he was revived then he would no longer be immortal " 
Roger - " And the only way to revive him is to get his heart to start beating again . And the only way to do that is to bring back Serina . " 
Zed - " That is correct . Now the map says we sail eastwards to an island shaped like a barrel .  Now when we arrive there , we take the map and get out . We hand the Map the the Crown and we both get paid . " 
Roger - " Sounds simple enough " * Puts down Rum bottle * 
Zed - " Aye . "  * Puts down rum bottle * 
Both - " Set a course for the eastern Islands . We get the map . Get out . And get paid "

So the two captains continued to sail eastwards in search of the Map .
