A few days ago, felt like playing Kirby's avalanche a few days ago and when the game was loading up, it had an ad and the usual "the game will load in 10 seconds" message. I was waiting for a few minutes but the game wouldn't start and the ad would not go away. So I assumed it was just a temporary glitch, so I closed it and tried again, didn't work. So I assumed it was Kirby's Avalanche that was bugged, but then the same thing happened when I tried to play Mario World, and ditto with Megaman X. So I waited out a few days and now today, it's still happening. At this point I can't tell if it's my computer (Which is rather dated and bad) or if the SNES game emulators w/o the retro game room plug in are bugged. I am more leaning toward my computer since it seems that via the comments, other people can still play them just fine...

Have you been able to play these games in the past? Are you able to play any RGR games? What we browser are you using? All of this information would help me answer your question.

tgags123 : Well yeah, I have been able to play them in the past, but now I can't seem too. I also can still play Game boy, Nes, etc.The usual crowd of games that don't require the plugins most of the time. I am a user of Windows Vista too, and in any way...I can't change the browser or my dad would have my head. So any suggestions?

The Java emulator for SNES in the RGR will be blocked if you have your Java Security Setting at Very High however if you have it set at High (minimum recommended) it will not be blocked.

To check your security settings, navigate to your Program Files (x86), then Java folder, and open the application javacpl and go to the Security tab. This will be the file path:

C:Program Files (x86)Javajre7bin

If this doesn't resolve the problem, perhaps check if your Java is up to date, from this page:
http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp?detect=jre&try=1
