I guess it's time for chapter 2! Enjoy! You can read chapter one here. Remember, this entire story is false and some of the things mentioned in the story aren't real.

CHAPTER 2

goodboy's refusal to tell me annoyed me. I wanted to know what he was talking about. When I got home, I asked my parents about it. "Mom, what is a Thing?" "A thing is something that you can touch, dear." she replied "Why ask such a ridiculous question?" "Not that kind of thing" I answered "The other kind." I was never the best at reading expressions, but the look on her face definitely showed something. Was she perplexed? Or was it a hint of fear that I had picked up on?

Since my mom was no help, I decided to ask my dad. "What is a Thing?" I asked him. He looked away and quickly replied "I have no idea what you are talking about." I knew he was hiding something. He knew what I meant. "Dad, you know what I am talking about." I said. He suddenly got angry and yelled "I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT!" Startled by his sudden anger, I went into my room and closed the door.

The frustration inside of me was growing. I NEEDED to know what a Thing was. The it hit me. Why not just Google it? Google has all of the answers! So I whipped out my laptop and typed in "Thing". All that came up was a movie and an entry in the dictionary that read "an object, animal, quality, etc. of any kind." I needed something more specific. I tried a bunch of different combinations such as "What is a Thing", "Things", "What are Things", and more, but nothing came up. Then it dawned on me. Why not search "goodboy" and see what comes up? So I did.

Nothing came up. Nothing at all. Not even a movie, book, or random and completely irrelevant webpage. Just a blank screen. I tried Bing. Same result. Yahoo!, Ask, AOL, any other search engine that you could imagine, and they all came up with that same blank screen.

Finally, I tried a search engine that I have never used before, called VizzedEngine. When I searched "goodboy", there was one result, an article named "goodboy and Razor-987". I tried to find the website that the article was posted on, but I couldn't find one. I thought it over and made my decision. I clicked on it.

I hope you guys are liking it so far! I really don't know where I am going with this, I am just writing whatever pops into my mind. I did absolutely no planning or brainstorming for this, I am just writing.

goodboy : I am summoning you because you are mentioned in this chapter, as well as the chapter before it.
Razor-987 : You make your first appearance in this chapter. Well, kind of. The speaker hasn't actually met you, but your name is in the title of an article with goodboy.

Cool, I think you are off to a goof start with introducing me into your story and i like where this is going. 509 words is pretty good man. I will be reading chapter 3 later on today and I am sure it is also awesome. For writing down what comes to mind, this is a pretty good story so far. I like how your dad is just like I don't know what you're talking about!


Good job on chapter 2 man, you are getting better, I can feel it. So nice job so far and I will be reading chapter 3 here shortly.
