I hate it when that happens, if I try to rub my nails on my shirt, it either make sit worse, or it takes a couple minutes to clean out. It's still even a bit hard when I use soap and water.

   Actually, at the current moment, my the nail of my ringer contains some of the black bacteria you had been mentioning. Anyways, I find this to be extremely agitating. Also, do you have an advice on how to remove it? I do not want to appear to seem unhygienic.

No, I don't. I cut my nails every few weeks so they don't ever grow large enough to be any other color than white. My problem really is cutting my nails too small (especially on my feet), to the point where they bleed.

Yeah, I used to get that black bacteria in my finger nails quite often when I was still a little kid :. It was very annoying, and I used to have to wash my hands constantly -.-. That is probably because I was more of an 'outside' person back then, digging around, climbing trees, and touching things more . I don't get it anymore, though.
