I've been on here for a while now and never had any problems until a few days ago. Every time I try to play a game with the RGR plug-in on Google Chrome, it loads in the same tab (it used to load in a small separate window) and goes to the loading screen, then it just stops. The games work fine for other emulators on this site and the plug-in works fine on Firefox, but all my save data is on Chrome. Any suggestions?

I'm using chrome, but I'm not having any kinds of problems at all. What gaming station are you playing ( PS, 64, Sega, ect).  I have never heard of it doing that at all. It could be because of the new chrome update that it is messing with the function of your gaming. I would highly suggest restarting your computer and trying it again to see if it resolves the issue, or maybe trying to open it in firefox. I hope the issues get resolved and you can continue your gaming.

I've tried playing on NES, SNES, GB, GBC, GBA, N64, Sega Genesis, and Sega CD, and none of them work. And I've already tried restarting my computer and reinstalling the plug-in. Nothing seems to work.

I am using chrome as well and I have never had issues with the plugin's compatibility. I have never been in the situation you are in now. So it works fine for you in Firefox now but no in chrome? Could you specify a little more so I can further help you. Try to go into a little more detail with explaining so you can receive further help.  Try a restart and if that doesn't work let me know and I will do my best to help. Also check to see the threads on vizzed to see if there are any solutions to this issue, I am sure someone has had this issue in the past. I hope this helps and your problem gets resolved.

Restart didn't work. But I believe there is some kind of virus on my computer that causes ads to pop up all over the place. That might be the cause of it. I've been trying to get rid of it, but to no avail. Come to think of it, it might've been there about as long as I've been having trouble with Chrome. But the virus takes place on Firefox as well, and as I've said, the plug-in works fine there, thought Firefox has been considerably slow on my computer as of late. I don't know if it's worth mentioning that I'm also using Windows XP. Hope this is enough to go on.

I've got an idea... When you go to the game you want to play, right-click on the "Play Game" link and select "Open in new window". Perhaps that will help?

Wait a minute, ads are popping up on Google Chrome? I've had this problem before, what I did was re-install Google Chrome and it went away. I'm not sure if it would work in your case, but it's worth a shot.

Did you make sure that your firewall isn't blocking Vizzed?

It's possible that your anti-virus is doing the same.

Is your hard drive nearly full? Space apparently plays an important factor in being able to play games.
