I wanted to ask, how do you make text link something to something else?

I know how to post clickable urls and stuff, but how do you make it like that?

For example, if I wanted to link to my thread...

I wonder if you can answer my question in this thread. 

"this thread" would be green and leads you to the thread I'm talking about.

How do you do that? I'll explain more if you want.

goodboy : How you do that, where you see the "Insert Hyperlink" (it's on top of the text box that looks like a chain). Click that and you should see a box, put in the url link in the url box, and where you see title, put in on what you want your title to be (Like "Your thread" will be said rather than the link to it).
