I do like the original Gold as well. HeartGold as some cool features though, which are really nice. Its riding on the bandwagon of 3D Pokemongames, so that's not half bad.

I liked Gold, but HeartGold was cool.

They're both equal in my heart. Gold was original and was really awesome. Although, HeartGold had more features and was pretty cool. This and FireRed were the two cases in video game history where I thought the remakes were cool.

Pokémon gold was actually a nice game to play. I'm currently at the Pokémon league in this game so I didn't finish the whole game but still I would recommend playing this game.
