I have recently started a project in school (Specifically design class) that requires me to make an advertising brochure. I wanted to ask you personally for your permission to use Vizzed in this project. I decided to make it a thread to make it all official and the like. I will Check back periodically to see if you have answered. Please, whether your answer be yes or no, it would help if you answered sooner than later. Still in the planning stage, and it would help to know If I can use this for the planning. Thank you for taking your time.

Final note: if you think this would be better fit in a different forum then feel free to move it there.

Actually, I don't think he would mind if you were to use in your brochure. In fact, I think he would encourage it since it's a form of advertising for Vizzed. The more people that visits Vizzed, the more revenue he gets, so that's a good thing. Just make sure to give proper credit on your brochure. But, if you're gaining money out of the project (which I highly doubt), that's when you need permission. Otherwise, a non-profit advertisement is pretty much the same as telling your friends about the site.

I completely agree with Mistress. I do quite a bit of talking to David, and although I won't claim I can speak for him, I'm nearly positive he would NOT mind at all.  He loves his vizzed users and is very friendly with them, and making a brochure for your class can only be a good thing for him.  The only thing I'd neglect is the mention of certain systems.  I'd ask a global about which systems should or shouldn't be mentioned for legal purposes.

He'd probably want a photo to see what you did, too.    He's just cool like that.

I was actually go to do something like this. I am making a logo and advertisement, and I needed a company to use. I am supposed to make one up, but I wanted to do Vizzed. Mistress : It's obvious that he'd get credit. His Name and Email are mandatory for the project. But as I said before I do Have a plan B and without formal permission, It would be illegal (to my knowledge there isn't a loophole so...) to use his creation for my benefit.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
