3 fairly big features in the works:


1. User Reviews
This has been fully implemented and works on all games. You can now submit a review to the games. Reviews are different from comments; you only get 1 review but you are able to update your review whenever you want; reviews must be at least 100 characters (to prevent spam and crap reviews like 'awesome game').

2. User submitted screenshots
This is half way done and you can test it out on the NES game pages. This will work for NES, GB and GBC games once I'm done. Basically it'll let you take a screenshot of your game and that screenshot will be added to the page and you can also add a comment to your screenshot. This will enable us to hold contests based on different categories like best screenshot for a certain game, game series, genre, category, system, etc. Just something fun I thought would really add more to each game. Not only can you show off your accomplishments, but it allows you to see more screenshots for each game and to see what others have taken screenshots of.

3. High Scores
This may only be limited to NESCafe but we'll see if I can also incorporate it with the GB and GBC games. Basically you take a picture of your high score in the game and than tyep in the score and it'll automatically be submitted to a high score table. However, anyone caught submitting a false score will lose all their Viz and/or will be banned. On the high score table, your screenshot will be along side your scores so anyone can see if you cheated and report you. The nice thing about the NESCafe emulator is that it has a 'timetrial' mode which basically strips away all features which would be normally used as an advantage. I haven't started this feature yet but I expect it'll be complete tomorrow at this time. This is the 1 feature I'm most excited about, it'll be fun to see people competing for scores.

I noticed the retro games already gz, are you able to save your game, say on the rpgs?

Hey, thanks for finally adding in those features. It really has added a lot into the games.

Zylo: Yes, you can save your progress on all the nintendo, game boy and game boy color games on vizzed board

Pyrobomb: Yeah I spent all morning adding those features and really hoping to find the time tomorrow to add the high scores. Once I got that up, I think the game room is very close to completion.

I was wondering when you were going to add reviews since the box has been there for a while.

Ok the High Scores feature now works for NES games, so please, try it out guys and let me know what games you try out. I want feedback

Gonna hold off on GB and GBC games. Haven't decided whether I'd let users load/save files when their doing their "High score run".

The screenshot feature is finished too, would like people to test that out and give feedback also.

Moving this to the Retro Game Room now.

Still would like to get more people to try these features out so that not only I can see if there are any problems but so that I can also get more feedback.
