Hey everyone! Mario4245 here with another review, and if you can't tell, I am reviewing the classic Mother of RPG's (See what I did there?)! So without further wait, lets begin this review!

Overall: 9.5 So this game earned a 9.5, I wanted to give it a 10 but it had some flaws. The game had amazing SFX and BMG, great graphics, major plot-twisting story, the game was super addictive and it sucked you in the more you played (Figure of speech).

Graphics: 9 The games graphics to me really made me feel that the developers really pushed the Super Nintendo to its limits, the towns and objects each had their own color palette and each pallette really gave off the vibe and atmosphere of each area in this bright, colorful world with great music and SFX to match. The only reason I gave it a 9 is because I personally felt that some palettes where in the wrong areas, and giygas's background gave me somewhat of a headache.

Sound: 10 Just as the graphics department, they really pushed the SNES to its limits sound-wise. The sound on this game took up 8 MB, while other games like Super Mario World and Super Mario Kart only took up 4 MB. But the sound was stunning and enjoyable, with special tracks for each enemy, music that helps give the atmosphere of each area.

Addictiveness: 10 The game was super addictive. You had that feeling that you just have to play it again after you play it for the first time. Once you play it, if you like RPG's, you may find yourself using all 3 save files. With music, graphics, and gameplay to match, this game has a very high replayability level.

Story: 9 The story was great, but somewhat jumbled up. First a meteor crashes, then you get a stone from a fly, then your neighbor turns out to be the bad guy, then a girl gets sentenced to death, then the true bad guy is a...an...what is giygas anyway? But that is part of what makes the game so enjoyable, trying to figure out who is who and what is what.

Depth: 10 Item boxes, enemies, equipment, items, stats, PSI, praying, Mr. Saturns, cults, iron pencils, fuzzy pickles, need I go on? The game has lots of towns and caves, giving the players the freedom for somewhat limitless exploration, just as long as all your party members are strong enough to kill whatever gets in their way.

Difficulty: 8 This game is very difficult, on your first play through, you may find yourself wasting food items and having 0 PP more often than not, but after a lot of practice, you will see yourself as Ness, Destroyer of EVIL! (Saw a chance to put in a spongebob quote, so I took it, sorry)

Also, this game has interesting gimmicks not a lot of RPG's have, like an auto-victory system if you outclass an enemy by far, but I didn't know where to class this. But overall, if Nintendo where to submit a classic RPG to be voted the best classic RPG, they would probably send in Earthbound. This was Mario4245, and I am out!

Nice job on this review, it is pretty solid and you have some good detail in your review as well which is very important. I agree with your reasoning for your scores and I think you were very descriptive and convincing about each part of the game. I felt like you could've added on a little bit more in some areas, but it isn't a big deal because as you start reviewing more often, your reviews will get longer and more detailed naturally. So overall, good job, this is a very good review, you have a lot of potential to write good reviews so keep up the awesome work and keep reviewing! I look forward to reading your next one!

This is a pretty good review. You used enough details to make it helpful, but not too much so that is was boring. Good job.
