As for your problem, I would make her a card like when she is not home, so it can be a surprise. After giving her the card, I would just tell her I love her and do some stuff for her so her dayh is not stressful.

I would agree with the previous posters. Something from the heart, something meaningful to her would be great. It could be like a photobook or something even, if she's that kind of person. Choose a gift based off of what will mean a lot to her, and involve some personal creativity in there somewhere.

Also, make her a present. You don't need to buy one. A present with effort put into it is worth more than a 3000 dollar jewel. If you do all of these things, or just one, it'll show your love for her.
