The Title basically says it all,  name two heroes from any video game franchises you'd like to see do battle, yes they can be from the same franchises however this mainly refers to fighting character (Pokémon doesn't count because the actual characters aren't fighting, their Pokémon are)
Also if you'd like to you can name who you'd think would be the Winner



For me I think Squall Leonheart (FFVIII) vs. Cloud Strife (FFVII) would be a totally epic battle, but I think the Gunblade would give Squall an advantage and he'd end up winning the battle.

I would like to see Mario and Snake in a fight to the death. That would be very interesting seeing that Mario can shoot fireballs out of his hand, and Snake has an arsenal of explosives at his disposal. This would be a great battle!

Beastmode64 : Those are both good fights. I'm a pretty big Cloude fan but link is so versatile I could see him winning the battle, as for Zack vs Cloude that would be a tough one, Zack had the Buster Sword first so he's gotta be skilled with it, but Cloude had Omnislash and was able to beat Sephiroth, which if I'm not mistaken, Zack couldn't do when he and Sephiroth were both soldiers, but Zack did beat  Angeal and Genesis. That would probly be one of the most epic video game battles.
