Ok, what i have here is a VGA to S-Video cord that were suppose to enable my laptop to send the video to my Zenith 1998 tv, but it only give out a static, no picture or whatsoever.

This is the cord that I have, with 4 pin S-Video cord and video cord.
Which I do have both for, yet it makes no picture at all.

I tries to adjust everything but nothing came out, please help? I want to watch my movies on TV rather than on my computer.
