On actual games I legitimately caught four, two of which are screenshots on Vizzed. My first one was way back when I was getting back into Pokemon with Black. It was a shiny Lilipup I called Scotty. The second was the shiny Gyrados you find in the Lake of Rage in Gold/Silver. Third was a shiny Oddish on Firered again and finally a shiny Zubat on Ruby.

On Global Pokedex Plus, I have a shiny Zebstrika named Zidane and a shiny Emboar I bred over a year for named Hephaestus.

My 1st shiny was a zubat in pokemon crystal and my 2nd was a hoppip in the same game

then the shiny gyrados in all 3 games gold, silver, and crystal

I've only caught 4 Shiny Pokémon ever, all being on a hack where you could intentionally make Shiny's appear by stepping on a certain tile. If not for that, I would've never even seen a Shiny in all my years of playing Pokémon. I probably have close to 1000 hours invested in Pokémon games and hacks, and have never once seen a Shiny by chance lol.

Okay I can now add John Cena the shiny machop that I found in my duotype nuzlocke of Heart Gold yesterday to the list

I have captured exactly one shiny Pokémon in my whole Pokémon trainer career (since the release of Pearl) it was a Foongus in Pokémon White (one of my least favorite, but still a shiny). I have yet to catch anymore. I am too impatient for "shiny hunts" and all that chaining stuff.

My first shiny was a shiny Geodude in Pokemon Fire Red. I recently found a shiny Roggenrola in my Pokemon Black Let's Play on my Youtube channel and caught it. I really like shiny Pokemon, but I really don't think I would ever do shiny hunts or chaining, even if it is easy, such as in generation 6.

I haven't captured one but I believe I found one in the grass, in FireRed when I was very young, likely around the first few routes you go on, if I did I probably murdered it because I had no idea what a shiny was back then.
